Changing your mind
For most products purchased online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without having to give a reason.
If you decide to cancel, you must let us know within the cancellation period. You will then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
This statutory cancellation right does not affect your other legal rights.
Please try footwear on indoors and on a clean surface to ensure it is suitable before wearing it outside.
Items showing signs of wear or damage beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit may not qualify for a full refund.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where appropriate
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
How to return an item

We recommend obtaining proof of postage and retaining it until your refund has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund where appropriate.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, applicable refunds will be made in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Where applicable, the cost of standard delivery originally paid may be refundable. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery service are generally not refundable.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or alternative product, please contact us.
Depending on stock availability, we may be able to arrange an exchange. In some circumstances, it may be simpler to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
