Delivery Information

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched using a tracked or appropriate delivery service.

Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days.

Express delivery: Next working day may be available on eligible orders placed before 2:00pm, subject to availability and the delivery option being offered at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather and periods of exceptionally high demand.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £35, subject to the delivery terms shown at checkout.

Some products, locations or delivery services may be subject to different charges.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders promptly following receipt of payment.

Orders placed after the relevant daily processing cut-off may be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where tracking information is available.

International Delivery

International delivery may be available on selected products and to selected destinations.

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed where available at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
